Do we need to replace existing inspection equipment when introducing the software?+
No. DEEP-NDT OS is immediately compatible with major ECT and IRIS inspection equipment from Zetec, Eddyfi, Evident (Olympus), etc. You can adopt only the software while keeping your existing equipment, minimizing initial investment costs.
Can we utilize our existing inspection data?+
Yes. You can import existing ECT and IRIS inspection data to analyze trends and manage equipment history.
Are decisions made solely based on AI diagnostic results?+
No. DEEP-AI is a tool to support inspector decision-making, and final judgment is made by the inspector or the customer's own standards.
Can we use inspection services without purchasing the software?+
Yes, you can. Services like Deep Inspection, Deep Insight™, Remote365™, and Deep Dive™ are available immediately without software adoption. You can experience the service first and then consider purchasing the software.
How is data security managed?+
DEEP-AI is developed in accordance with AWS security standards and encrypts customer data during collection, management, and analysis. You can choose between cloud and on-premises deployments based on your security policies.
Can it be used for nuclear power plant facilities?+
Yes. DEEP-AI holds the world's first AI certification from EPRI AAPDD and the first domestic AI qualification (BOPH-A) from KHNP. It is officially applicable to nuclear steam generator tube inspections and has been proven in KHNP fields.
How long does adoption take?+
It typically takes 4-8 weeks from consultation and demo to decision and onboarding. If you have urgent T/A schedules, you can start quickly with Deep Inspection services while preparing software installation.
